Campminder Camp Conference Code of Conduct
Our Commitment
At Campminder Camp, we are dedicated to fostering an environment where camp professionals can connect, learn, and collaborate in a safe, inclusive, and respectful space. We embrace diversity and strive to ensure that all attendees feel valued, respected, and welcomed.
Your Commitment
As participants at Campminder Camp, we ask that you demonstrate consideration and respect for one another. Our community is built on kindness and collaboration. We do not tolerate insulting, demeaning, or illegal behavior.
Inclusion and Respect
Discrimination, harassment, and exclusion have no place in our conference environment. This includes any remarks, actions, or behaviors that are sexist, racist, derogatory, or based on any protected characteristic. It also extends to unwanted personal contact, either physical or virtual, and any disruption of talks or events.
Reporting and Responsibility to Act
If you encounter unacceptable behavior, whether directed at you or witnessed, we expect you to report the situation to event staff. If someone informs you that your behavior is causing discomfort, you are expected to cease such behavior immediately.
For any other concerns regarding harassment, discrimination, or any violation of this Code of Conduct, please approach a member of our event staff.
We treat all reports seriously and will take appropriate action, including the revocation of event access without notice or refund, or involving venue/event security or local law enforcement if necessary.
In the event of a life-threatening emergency, please contact emergency services immediately by calling 911.
By attending the event, you agree to adhere to the expectations stated in this Code of Conduct.
